This kettle soured ale was fermented with our house East coast ale yeast strain providing it with pronounced stone fruit aromas and flavours of ripe peaches and apricots. Dry hopped with Sasquatch Hops and then finished fermentation on a generous amount of mango puree this beer has a distinct aroma of Mango with under tones of citrus. The first sip delivers a bright but restrained acidity and finishes crisp and dry with lingering notes of mango.
4.75% ABV, 15 IBU, 3.5 SRM
